Our team has worked with global clients, from startups to enterprise, and we’re now looking to scale our sales pipeline by offering premium, software services to clients worldwide.

We’re not looking for just another salesperson—we’re looking for a business partner who can help us shape and grow our company.

What You’ll Do

  • Own outbound prospecting: Research, identify, and engage with target clients via LinkedIn, email, and direct outreach.
  • Develop messaging and value propositions that resonate with decision-makers in SMEs and startups.
  • Qualify leads: Understand client pain points and position our services as the solution.
  • Manage the pipeline: From first touch to booked calls and proposal stage.
  • Collaborate on offer development: Provide feedback on client needs and help refine our high-ticket service packages.
  • Closing deals: Participate in discovery calls, proposals, and closing deals.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in outbound B2B sales or business development, preferably selling tech services (agency, SaaS, software companies).
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, cold email, and CRM tools.
  • Understanding of the software/tech ecosystem—you don’t need to code, but you should speak the language.
  • Resourceful, proactive, and independent: You take ownership and make things happen.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Available for 40 hours per week.
