QA Engineer – Online Casino Applications

We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer to work with us on a full-time basis, focusing on testing and quality assurance for crypto casino front-end applications. Requirements

Essential Experience:

  • 5+ years of professional QA/testing experience
  • Previous experience working with online casinos, iGaming platforms, or similar real-money gaming applications (this is mandatory)
  • Experience testing real-time applications with WebSocket connections and live data updates

Technical Skills:

    • 5+ years commercial experience with web application testing
    • Strong knowledge of browser testing across multiple devices and platforms
    • Detailed reporting of bugs & critical issues to aid our developers
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar)
  • Proficiency in writing and executing test cases, test plans, and test scripts
  • Understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript for test automation
  • Experience with API testing and REST endpoints
  • Familiarity with Git version control and basic Linux/command line usage
  • Understanding of browser developer tools and debugging techniques

Testing Expertise:

  • Experience with functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing
  • Knowledge of performance testing and load testing methodologies
  • Understanding of security testing principles, especially for financial transactions
  • Experience testing payment integrations and wallet functionality
  • Ability to identify edge cases and potential exploits in gaming systems

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to document bugs clearly with reproduction steps
  • Proactive approach to identifying potential issues
  • Team player with a can-do attitude
  • Able to manage your own work and collaborate via JIRA, Trello, Slack etc
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have

  • Experience testing crypto/blockchain integrations and wallet connections
  • Knowledge of responsible gambling features and player protection mechanisms
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing integration
  • Experience with Docker and containerized testing environments
  • Understanding of different casino game types (slots, table games, live dealer, etc.)
  • Experience with mobile app testing (iOS/Android)
  • Knowledge of gaming regulations and compliance requirements
